A family member was taken to Emergency at St. Luke's in Mountain Home in December. They were very professional and skilled, and saved his life. They showed him respect the entire time. Because this facility doesn't have an ICU, they had an ambulance take him to the ICU in Meridian. The ambulance personnel were also very respectful and skilled. I highly recommend St. Luke's Medical Center in Mountain Home to everyone.

Very Unprofessional treatment by most of the doctors. I have a chronic condition that is terminal. Despite knowing this the doctors treat me as if I'm just looking for drugs. I have drugs at home, lots of them. I go to the ED because I need help, not to be humiliated by the overly arrogant doctors.
In contrast, the nurses are always amazing!

Doctors are cruel and uncaring. Treated me as if I was a drug dealer and talked down to me the while time. Mage me wait for hours to get results that should take 20 minutes! The only reason they got a 2 star is Dr. Crossley. An actual human being who genuinely cares about his patients. If you get someone other than Crossley, run, hobble, roll, crawl anyway you can, just get out!!

I can't believe this place is allowed to stay open and function as a hospital. They staff are completely incompetent. Try explaining to one of the idiot nurses who are felons that a virus can't be treated with antibiotics.... it's funny. Better yet, have them try to spell antibiotics. If I was dying and this is the only place I could go, I would stay right where I was at and die.
