They have on my file that they need to call or text me to remind me of my appointments because I have a bad memory and they didn't do it so I had two no shows and now they said they won't see again unless I come and sit in their office for four hours and wait to see if a no show or a cancellation is made then I could get but I have vains showing in my teeth and they we're told it was an emergency for me to see the dentist but they don't care I would not go to them because they don't care about you all they care about is money

Shady clinic. I had a hospital visit in 2016 and they claim that one of their doctors saw me when in reality they didn't. But here's the kick, they didn't bill me until 1 and a half years later even though I had health insurance. They had an address from another state that I never had. After speaking with a couple of very nice representatives they decided to drop the bill. I assume it was because insurance wouldn't pay a 1 and a half year old bill. But I did increase my review from 1 star to 3 stars because although the issue was confusing they didn't take very long to resolve it.

Those people never answer the phone and the aren't easy to work with on payments. What kind of place doesn't take a visa nowadays? Will be taking my business elsewhere.
