I loved living here. I was here in 2018.  I only moved due to leaving the state. My loft was nice, and spacious. Walking distance to bar and restaurant. Great views. Gated and closed garage parking. Never had any issues. The building itself is gorgeous lots of history and character.

if you want to feel like you live in a constant party live here! music is always blaring no matter the time or day of the week. it ALWAYS smells like weed. apartment itself is nice but it’s not worth the noise and smell. oh and if you don’t pay for parking good luck! say goodbye to your car windows! PASS ON THIS PLACE
