The Park at Moss Creek

I have not recently moved in my apartment. I am pleased with the professionalism by the office staff. However, I am not pleased with me paying for rent this month when I can't completely move because of things that are not fixed yet in the apartment.

They Will Not acknowledge your application after deposit been done. Rude staff tall lady asking you to wear a mask and she don't even wearing one.

Very unprofessional, they got my deposit & I kept calling to check on my application and no one has gotten back to me after being told many many times that they will call me back. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I just wouldn’t recommend to nobody .

property manager does not respond to emails in a timely manner and maintenance is not always ready to help regardless of emergency or not. Carpet was in a poor condition. Kitchen and bathroom floors were terrible from the move in date. Dishwasher was stocked up on the first date and smell like a skunk.
