Do not move here the maintenance as well as the office staff do not care for anyone's personal safit's personal safety they sit in the office and ignore you there's the route towards you when you try to tell them what's going on with your unit I have been at Willow point for more than 10 years and this is the 1st time I've ever been so angry and so ready to move please if you have children if you have any health concerns Do not move here this place is full of mold water leakages that never get fixed. Even if your toilets are out they want come and fix it. It is not safe or hygienic.

I really appreciate all of their help and patience with me during the transition of having to move to another apartment, due to renovations. This was very unexpected and a bit stressful, but they made it lot easier. The staff was kind, caring, patient and professional and that means a lot, it's very hard to find, especially nowadays. So, I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you, on behalf of my children and I. The current team has been the most professional staff to work in that office since I've been living here and I've been here for three years. So great job guys and please keep it up.

This is how I’ve been living for the past 9 months. My son has had constant sinus infections, ear infections, & breathing problems due to the leaking water in all the units creating mold & mildew. The mold/mildew also is the reason we have a fly infestation although an exterminators fee is included in the rent. Do not move here. The office manager is ghetto & hangs up the phone on people. Then have the nerve to send out eviction notices when she gets ready

I do not recommend anybody moving into this place. They will get your money and throw you away. Management has changed several times. The people working in the front office sitting up in the air stealing rent payments. A trash payment is included in your rent payment but weeks go by dumpster doesn’t get picked up causing horrible flies. No air in my apartment since it has been hot. Meaning since the snow storm. So the days where the news is concerned about the heat the people in the office could careless. You call and go to the office they lie like they are going to send somebody but don’t. Only 1 maintenance man. It’s dreadful. To top it off they have ppl here everyday working till sun down fixing on apartments no one is staying in but paying tenants are not a concern. Pest control included in rent I’ve been in my apartment 2 years and not once have they come to spray for anything. Car has been hit and vandalized several times but guess what there are no cameras even though I’m paying over a thousand a month out of my own pocket no rental assistance. I asked them about getting an air condition unit and take it out the rent they told me I could not do that. It’s 90 something degrees in my apartment everyday. I would not wish this on anyone. There are ppl with pools on there balcony to keep them and their children cool. I would not recommend anyone living here. If the lack of responses to maintenance don’t run you away the gun shots, robbery, trash, and high prices definitely will. If anybody who reads this knows who I can contact about these matters please respond.

I have had problems in the past! I have lived out here for almost two years, when I say bad experience. When I say I am so proud of the young lady Briana. She has helped me in so many ways. She has got repairs and fixed my problems. This young lady is very patient and she cares about how we live and what we have going on. Big ups to her. She is really making a change out here. The past management doesn't have anything on her at all. She is a real boss and manager. You guys come live where they care and want the best for their residence. Big thumbs up.

Terrible! No staff in the office/they come in late. New management company took over the new manager doesn’t respond to emails or callsclearly he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Maintenance don’t fulfill work orders we’ve been waiting for paint for the past 4 weeks. I wanna speak to the regional manager from corporate office! Thanks Kind Regards

If I could give them no stars I would. Me and my roommate decided to get a apartment from here. They told us we got the apartment we just need to give them a deposit and we’ll be in there next week. They said they were still getting our room together. Next week come they say we’ll be in there in 2 weeks and it kept going on for months until we finally said we’ll find another apartment. we found one and we went to go get our refund. They’re saying the same stuff we’ll have your refund in 2 weeks. We’ll send your deposit through the mail. Never did. We never got our deposit back. And it has been 8 months now and we’ve been going back and forth with them asking where is our refund. And still no refund. The fact that we have been so patient with them.

I've visited low income apartments that would put these to shame!!! Whomever the managers are they should be ashamed for allowing this property to look like a war zone. I lived here back in 2000 or later, this place did not look like this. They did however had office managers that didn't care. Corporate needs to be called immediately. People pay thousands of dollars to like like this. Just ride through and see what I'm talking about. The 2nd pool in the back looks like a sewage pool!!! People pay for these amenities a day can't use them. If I still lived there I would get a petition going to sue this company and everyone connected to it for living in a hazardous environment. We as paying tenants should not allowing billion dollar companies to treat us in such a way. The rent goes up every time the lease is renewed but nothing get fixed or renovated. So yeah I said what I said!!!

This apartment was decent when i first moved in. 2 years later its gone totally, utterly, and completely downhill! We waited literally almost 4 months Since the snow storm for them to come fix our air, potholes EVERYWHERE, roach, flies, and gnat infestation, EVEN SPRIDERS, gates are open 24-7, multiple problems in the apartment from leaks to refrigerator being messed up. I take Trulicity and have to keep it refrigerated, but i can’t because it’s messing up, and if we call they never answer, we go to the leasing office, they wont come to the door or they have attitudes, and 2 of my roommates came back saying they were charging us for maintenance to come fix on the apartment now, WHICH was suppose to be included in our rent in the FIRST PLACE! But on top of that they take forever to come fix the problem. I seriously DO NOT recommend living here. This place is a hot mess!

If you can prevent from staying in this complex I would do so. I’ve been living here 2 years and this was my worst mistake. Paying the rent or anything else isn’t the problem. But when there is a leak through the light fixture over my bed and the air has gone out just about every month, now I have a problem with spending my money on anything here. I’ve been to the leasing office just about every other week, emailed and called constantly. Still there had been nothing done. I wish I could give no stars but I would not move here. At all
