Tina in printing is always helpful. Nice to be able to drop off your UPS too.

At this staples the people are nice and helpful. If it wasn't for the staff this would be a one-star review. Prices are extremely inflated. And outside of the need for having something right now as opposed to being shipped by Amazon is the only benefit and anything sold by the store. Printing is over $0.50 a page not my idea of a good deal.

Called to see if they sell Roku sticks. Were told they did. Went in, asked where they would be as we were there a half hour before closing and didn't want to stay late keeping them there because we wasted time looking for an item. The 2 employees needed to be told what they were, and then when I went looking for another item and came back we had to wait for the manager who was the only one who could go them them so we could look at them. He was on the phone and another customer was there looking like she would take a while. After waiting for about 10 minutes, we were then suddenly told that they didn't sell Roku, but sold other brands. They couldn't figure that out until then? Then they tried to tell us that they had said that when we entered the store. Nope. THEN they tried to sell us on the brands they DID have in stock that weren't hidden away in a vault that only the manager could get to. I told them I did the research and only wanted Roku. Then they started to argue with us, telling us that all streaming sticks are the same and trying to use analogies to somehow prove their point. The first one they tried was comparing Fords to Chevys! Not even valid! We walked out, disgusted that they did not value our time and then treated me like I was stupid for knowing what I wanted.

I've had good experiences with this store. The employees are always friendly and at times have gone way out of their way to get things for me. The print and copy people get my jobs done faster than I expect. The store does a good job of balancing having enough variety and quantity of stock with being in a small market, and I like that I can order things at the Staples website and pick them up at the store. I haven't compared prices on everything, but on the things I've purchased the prices haven't seemed out of line for our area; and I've gotten some good deals by taking advantage of sales.

dont waste ur time over priced staff who just walk away and empty internal drive boxes really why even have them there so you can make us feel stupid no more for me i now go to fred meyers or from another store on line not staples
