I am here on public holiday and it was very quiet. Like it.

Staff is so rude even though I went in on a Saturday morning when there was no line. To me it’s lightly more understandable if the barista acts unfriendly/rushed when there’re 20 people waiting... I’ll never return to this location.

Not only was the service very slow and lacking, they got my order wrong and when I came to return it a couple of minutes after closing time they straight out ignored me when I was knocking on the windows. If you're not able to fix my order or refund me because it's closed, okay maybe we can fix it the next day, but don't straight out ignore your customer. Extremely rude.

A bit small and not as cozy as some other Starbucks locations. It's convenient though. Almost all the seating are single window seating. Good place to go if you are in a hurry or alone. Not conducive for a group and not really cozy.

I've been a regular her for years. Even as the staff changes I've gotten to know the new employees. What you need to know before you visit: This is a small location near a METRO TRANSIT STATION. It is not designed to allow many occupants to sit. Expect a crowd getting their morning coffee. Expect a lunch rush (there are office buildings near by). If you are friendly three staff will be friendly, and if you come back they might remember you too. Also pro tip: if you want drip coffee in the morning, get the Starbucks App. You can order in advance and have it waiting when you walk in. No waiting in line!
