This was my 1st time visiting this location. Staff was friendly and efficient. I went for one reason only and that was to get the lemon pound cake. It's delicious!

I'm giving it a 5 because it was a quick visit, I got to stay in my car on a chilly early morning and the result was coffee!

Staff is always friendly and seems happy to see you. Coffee and other drinks always very tasty.

They were out of cold brew, and while that's not a tragedy, the manager was really grouchy and reprimanded the guy taking orders. She wasn't loud, but spoke in a normal tone of voice and since I was right there, of course I heard her. When he asked her to make another drink for someone who had ordered a cold brew, she said, " Yeah, eventually" She is the exception that proves the rule, I guess
