The last five times I have been here, they can’t make my drink. They’re out of ice, out of syrup, out of chai. Like, come on. Once is understandable, but if I can’t get a literal iced coffee? So dumb.
This Starbucks is very unreliable. They take a lot of "breaks", so there is often no one working. Also, a couple baristas literally just ignore you. I'm not confrontational so last time after 5+ minutes of just standing there with her playing a game on her phone I coughed, and her response was "oh are you coughing so I hear you?" while continuing to play. Best bet is to go to the one at Renaissance Hotel
I came specifically to the Starbucks to get a coffee mug that I always buy when I travel but I couldn’t find it. Anyway the lady is working here were extremely nice with me trying to help me find what I needed and the coffee that I end up ordering was amazing. I had an almond latte and it tasted great; they made it extra hot the way I like it. They have tables and chairs to sit down and it’s located inside Safeway.
Definitely the worse Starbucks experience, the barista is not professional, rude and inefficient. Hope the management sees all these reviews and take steps to improve the service
If you order you will get yelled at. Lots of attitude and not enough inventory. Nobody in line and it’s a struggle for 2 people to get 1 hot tea. What a waste.
I’m surprised this location is still open. I’ve been a regular customer to Starbucks and each time I go there I have to wait 10+ min to see if the barista gets there or not. They usually take break any time they want, I don’t know how they paying people just to have their store closed and they taking their time talking on phone or smoking cigarettes outside the building. Worst customer services if I could give a 0 star I would, Poor management it seems no one is in charge of this place.
Small place, the service was quick. They were out of most of the lemonades.
Unreliable. I have been coming here afternoons and evenings at different times during working hours over a couple of weeks, to be met with the response “I am not open” “no coffee I am tired” or simply, and so frequently, it is ‘closed,’ hours before closing time.
This Starbucks does not uphold the values of Starbucks. I used to work for the company for 16 years. Various positions. The woman working the register this morning had a horrible attitude. I asked for sugar free vanilla, she was repeating the drink back to the baristas with an attitude and said “vanilla”. When I corrected her she said it’s the same. No it’s not the same for someone who can’t have sugar. I then asked for another drink total of two drinks a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. She said we don’t have that. Slumped over on the register, rolling her eyes. I asked for a vanilla cold brew with almond or oatmilk. Again greeted with an attitude. The other barista was sipping on a drink while on the bar. I’m from nyc and there is no eating and drinking on the floor it’s a health code violation. She kept talking about me and what I ordered, to the baristas. I acknowledged her talking and said thank you m’am. That’s also rude. Absolutely ghetto Starbucks. - Her name is Shantel because when I was leaving she came and sat next to where I was and said it out loud. She said “this job is funny, my name is shantel with an S. Google me, this isn’t my only gig.” I couldn’t find her on google. Also Over heard her say she has kids. Imagine raising children with an attitude like that?
Just walked a half mile out of the way to get to this location because it’s supposed to be open until 8pm. It’s 7:30 and they are apparently closed. However, the barista wouldn’t even acknowledge us when we asked if they were still open, so who knows? Maybe they were open but just refusing to serve?
