Sterling Inn and Suites

It was clean enough. The mirrors had like a hand and face print on it. Not a deal breaker. We laughed. Beds were clean and okay, the pillows were awful but we survived. No coffee pot which kinda sucked but did have mini fridge and microwave. Clean bathroom, clean linens. Would stay again.

Nice room, very clean. Microwave and small fridge. People are really nice and welcoming so I would recommend highly. I had to write this right away because of my experience so that should tell you alot.

Only because they so high and have nothing else to offer

Disgusting rooms. I understand that we were not staying at a Marriott or Westin, but I believe bed bugs and critters is unacceptable anywhere. What was more disturbing was the attitude of management after it was brought up. Never again!

It was great impressed.

I felt I was treated like stray dogs. No human being in their mind. I would na talk with Robot , make me feel better.

Had a great stay at the Sterling! Wonderful staff, very friendly and with us traveling with a 1yo they put up with us no problem. Easy check in, good room size and cleaned everyday w no inconvenience! Will def stay again if in Houston area

Sturdy efficient rooms properly cleaned beding was well kept ac works great

The experience was very poorly The room had no towels or soap and the front dest was totally unprofessional with work . Never again will I go there EVER
