Best and most unique workout in Houston, hands down! No two workouts are ever the same and they are always so creative. Each one focuses on a different area such as legs, core, arms, or full body. Strive makes you feel more confident in yourself and stronger than ever! Plus the coaches are incredibly encouraging and will push you to places you never knew you could go!! Strive Fitness is a best fitness studio with the best workouts. The facility and the equipment are excellent, and the workouts are always different, but always challenging. Their use of heart rate monitors allow you to keep track of your heart rate and your calorie burn. This place has such great energy and a close-knit community, and the staff is extremely friendly, motivating, and always encouraging you to keep going and to work to your best ability. I love this place, and working out here has become a part of my daily routine. I highly recommend joining the Strive Fitness community!
This is easily the best workout place in Houston. Julian, JJ, and Cam are the best, the classmates are great, and nobody judges the shape you're in. Everyone is super encouraging and while the workouts were NOT easy, the environment makes you feel like you can succeed no matter what. The literal only reason I stopped coming was that I moved out of state -- even so, I look forward to coming back if I ever end up in the area again.
Cam and Julian make this place so great. I had not done a high intensity work out in years, and they absolutely kicked my butt... and I even missed work the next day. That being said, I knew I was going to be coming back as soon as the class finished. You are going to be worked hard, but you never feel like you are being pushed just for the sake of being pushed. Also, woke up sore as all get out, but not in pain. I would recommend this class to anyone that wants to challenge themselves and do so with great company.
Challenge yourself and you’ll see the results. Julian is one of the best trainers in Houston and Cameron is attentive, helpful and wants everyone to know that he has great abs. You’ll get stronger, burn lots of calories and have fun in the process.
Strive has high intensity workouts that always leave me feeling my best! HIGHLY recommend joining Strive if you’re looking to step up your fitness game and get in real shape.
