Been here several times. The food is always interesting and tasty. This time the service was pretty bad. It was an experienced server (I've had him before), but this visit he was way off. He mixed up who ordered what on more than one occasion. Once our entrees arrived we never saw him again. He left a bottle of water on our table of six people when we sat down and never refilled it. Never checked to see that we were happy with our food. Eventually we had to flag him down to get our check and ask for a couple of boxes (which he delivered to the wrong people). Maybe he was just having a bad night, but the price point of this place is too high for service to be that bad.

Very attentive service. It's well-decorated and the space is bright and inviting. I've enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee and Thai iced tea. I tried one cocktail, which was fine but not special.
The food is always underwhelming to me. I've been several times, but even the dishes I have enjoyed can be had cheaper and better at other establishments.

I found it to be over-priced, so, the value just wasn't there. I couldn't decide between 2 or 3 stars. I would give it 2.5 stars if I could. The place seemed very clean though, which is always a plus in my book. Also, if you like ramen soups, it's worth a try, since, there was a large selection of them. The location doesn't warrant the prices in my opinion, but, if you're in the area and like ramen soups, then, give it a try.

I must have visited on an off day after reading these reviews. The server had a bad tendency to interrupt mid sentence during the order. She would took half of the group’s orders and walked away without taking the other half. It was very strange.
When we finally got our food about 50 minutes later, my dish had way too much salt or soy sauce in it. It was like eating a packet of salt. I thought I was being paranoid. My wife had a bite of it and she said it was way too salty. After waiting 20 minutes for the waitress, I ran out of patience and walked to the hostess that my dish was inedible. The waitress then asked what was wrong. Fast forwarding, the chef gave me a new dish. This time it was okay. I can tell that he added no salt at all and tasted just bland.
Overall, I was teetering between 2 or 3 stars. However, overall, I had better service at a “hole in a wall” in Chicago. In a funnier scenario, I’ve had better service from Korean immigrant servers... and they don’t even speak English. The food was overpriced for the sheer disappointment of a dish that I got.

Was excited to try this Asian fusion place that everyone hyped about, but ended up very mediocre. Got the Chinese stir fried noodles with shrimp but the dish had some fish sauce tossed in with elements of Korean and Vietnamese flavorings as well. Don't get me wrong, fusion is good if the flavors complement each other well but did not do so in this case unfortunately. My friend had the bimbimbap and was basically just glorified fried rice with some gochujang mixed into it.
Wouldn't recommend for Asian food. This fusion is not for everyone.
