Love this place!! Gary and Team took such great care of our precious doggy, Sally Marie, while we were on vacation! When I called to check on her, they were wonderful at giving me details. Gary is terrific and made us feel very confident in how they operate. We highly recommend Summit Pet Care!!

I've had my dog groomed here twice now. unfortunately I had the same experience both times. I will say that he came out looking ok but his hind end was completely missed, not cleaned up and random long chunks were left. Where the real problem for me was with customer service. On both occasion's I found the groomer to be epically rude. On both occasion's her introduction/greeting to me and my dog when we arrived was , What do you want!? She went down hill from there. never did smile or attempt to be pleasant I any way. 1st off I don't want to start my morning off attempting to talk with a completely rude person and secondly I have to wonder about her being well suited to caring for animals if she couldn't greet me or my dog with any type of courtesy. I highly suggest the staff get some people/customer service skills and maybe think about if they are suited for a care giving job.

We've boarded our beagles for years at Summit Pet Care and each time they are well taken care of and always seem reluctant to come home :) We also use the grooming services and are pleased with the services provided.
