Was in the area and needed one nose pad for sunglasses to be replaced. There are two location in this outlet. Stopped by the first store and ask them if they have a nose pad to be put on for my sunglasses on which she replied "we don't have any, but there is a second store here, they might!" So I walked to the the other end of the outlet to another location and asked the same question. "No, we don't have that size!" She replied by holding my sunglasses and tell me that the other store might have some. Poor customer service. Few years ago at Mebane outlets, the guy offer to clean my glasses while I was in the store with a friend and tighten my nose pads with out me asking. I was expecting similar services and not a run about.
