Walmart Vision & Glasses

I called to get a PD measurement due to my husband needing a left lens replacement due it shattering, and they refused to give the measurement to me. We paid very well for the service, and the glasses... NEVER WILL RETURN HERE.

The optometrist was very personable during my eye exam. I had just started a medication for rheumatoid arthritis that can cause retinal detachment and other eye problems. He eased my fears and was just a genuinely nice and informative. Also when I came to pick up my prescription glasses, they fitted two additional older pair for me that I had not purchased from them free of charge.

Unpleasant. Besides having to wait for 2 Walmart employees who were having some kind of spat with the doctor, I purchased an extra exam that had to be done at the local Samsclub which is where the machine for the exam was located. They told me all I had to do was walk into Samsclub eye exam office and they will do the test immediately. I did go to Sam's and the office tech/secretary preformed the test on my eyes and told me I would be called within a week. It's been about 3 weeks, and I've called them at least 5 times and get the run around each time. Just another way to rip off another $25 .
