Great people and service. Took the time to explain everything to me. And believe me I can ask a lot of questions. They even have frames from all price ranges even designer frames.

They have not had an eye doctor since Sept. 2017. They are however hopeful. Waiting to see if I am refunded for the contacts I couldn't wear. They have suggested I could go to Wilmington, NC appx. 60 miles or Florence, SC app. 90 miles. The workers were nice enough but with no Dr for 5+ months it does make one wonder.

Best value in town for eye exams and contacts by far. Mgmt\staff is friendly and they had a very quick turn around on my new glasses. Had been a customer for almost 10 years in Ohio and will continue using America's Best down here.

Drove almost an hour to find out their doctor quit and now they will only have a doctor 2 days per week. The front office staff did not even document that my wife and I already had our trial pairs of contacts so we drove in and could not even purchase contacts or get my follow up appointment since the doctor left. The manager insists that her office staff did not make any mistakes, but how did they not even know we already had our trial contacts. I've been a Customer of America's Best else where since 1996 and after this I will be looking for a new doctor.

The people who work here are completely unprofessional! I will not be coming here again! I was on hold today for 20 minutes, two different girls had answered 4 different times after telling them I needed my glasses prescription so I could order online the first few times they answered, The last time they answered I was told it was against HIPA law, and that they could not give it to me, which sounded funny to me because last time I called I had no problem receiving my eye contact prescription. After looking it up it is illegal but why the hell was i waiting for 20 minutes to be told that. Pathetic customer service I now know why they have 2.4 stars. Will not be going back!!
