Would not honor a posted sale because event ended the day before but sign was still in place. Surly attitude. Not cool for this type of store. I won’t go back.

Went to make a meal with my boyfriend.we had a great time. Food turned out great. Great chef instructor. Small class made it more personal. Would definitely go again.

I love this place! Sure they can be a little on the expensive side but they have options that fit most budgets. Plus your getting quality kitchen equipment. We have done the cooking classes and just know it is BYOB. The cooking class was enjoyable and taught by someone who had actually been to italy.

Went in at 7:50 this evening. Only 1 customer in the store checking out. One associate was on the computer the entire time we looked around. Apparently whatever she was doing was too important to look up. The other associate finished the customer's sale and then proceeded to flit about behind the counter without even acknowledging we were in the store (8pm now). A gentleman came in to purchase a knife and she couldn't move fast enough to get to him, rushing past us. I wanted to purchase an item and my friend had an item as well and was looking at several things to add to his purchase. It would have been a decent sale but nope. I believe it is customers who keep the lights on. Maybe not for long at this location. Not worth the hassle. Go to another home and kitchen store.
