Great atmosphere, the owner personally greets all of his guests. The wait staff is great even with the little issue we had. Food portion and taste is exceptional. We recommend this place 5 stars!

Unfortunately, SurfSide is now closed. Confirmed by a former employee, it closed around the first week of October 2019. If you're looking for excellent, non-franchise, local seafood, I can heartily recommend Bubba's on Shore Drive. Hereis my previous review: So happy to find delicious Surf Rider West food and familiar faces at SurfSide. Many new menu choices as well as old favorites. A little pricey. Great spaces for groups, welcoming to families, and booths for a little more private dining.

Generally I give 3 stars to the food and 4 star to the location and the staff. Looking forward to taste their food again at the near future.

All you can eat crab legs, an app, dessert and a bottle of wine for $80. Great staff, friendly and very responsive. Overall it was a great experience and I'll be back!

Delicious food, generous portions, and a fun atmosphere: I think I've found my new favorite seafood restaurant.

I have to say, everything was delicious! My broiled crab cake was amazing and full of lump crab without any filler. The green beans had a great flavor. The hush puppies were a little dry but full of flavor too. I'm looking forward to eating inside the restaurant. My husband said he liked the decor when he went to pick up the food.

We may have had a wait because we had a new server, but she still took great care of us and the manager even offered us a free appetizer. If you order anything here, get the Crabby Patty burger. A crab cake on a beef Patty. That was easily the best burger I've ever had in my entire life. They cooked it medium rare perfectly. Love this place.
