Dr. Barakat is awesome. I had (have) full confidence in her and my experience has been wonderful. She is a caring and kind doctor and gave me honest dialogue about my health, procedure and Follow-Up. I definitely recommend her. Her staff was caring and professional as well.

Been going here sense i was 16. It is hard to find the first time but once you find it your good. People are nice.

I WAS going to be a NEW patient on April 28,2015 HOWEVER; after finally finding the building (the sign was worn & address on the building was not very visible) I was greeted by a very rude receptionist (older woman w/a gray bob haircut) and told that I was LATE because I had NOT arrived 40min prior to my appointment because I was a new patient. I told her that I had been lost & my mother had called to make the office aware, her response was yes she called. (no excuse) I was then told that I would have to sit and wait to POSSIBLY be fit in. I told her that I lived in Cecil Co, my child was at a sitter & I needed a time frame. We get to you when we can fit you in. I was also told that when I made my appointment I was told to be 30 min early (I was NOT told) and that when I received my reminder appointment call I would have been told again HOWEVER I DID NOT receive a reminder call. I was instead given a web link to fill out my information which DID NOT WORK. I called in to tell them after trying 3 times I was unable to use the link provided for patient information. I was told not to worry I could fill it out when I arrived...NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT ARRIVING EARLY at this time either. I was intending to be early out of common sense but after being lost I only arrive 5min before my appointment but I WAS LATE according to them. I decided to leave, as far as the doctors in this practice I could not tell you, I didn't make it past the HORRIBLE office personnel.
