Taco Bell

Always had good service and food here. I feel the the food is overpriced since you're not usually hungry an hour after eating here. Had the worst ever customer service here recently on my last two visits. The last visit was the absolute worst. My husband decided to go inside to order our "to go" order since the drive thru was full of cars and the inside looked empty. He stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes without ANY recognition from ANY Taco Bell employee while a girl carried on a casual (not work related) conversation with another female employee who was working on the food line. He could hear the conversation, that is how he knew it was not work related, it was concerning some boy. After she finally came to the counter she didn't apologize for making him wait, which I believe would've been common courtesy. When we got home I made a call to the store and spoke to the manager in charge and told her about her employee's lack of customer service by name. I also advised her that we would never purchase any food from Taco Bell ever again. She didn't seem to really give a damn. But I am letting everyone I know about my experience. Word of mouth is the best advertisement!

This was an awesome experience. Staff was very congenial. Food was great!

Very clean and great customer service. Food was fresh and I was very happy with the hole experience.

A quick fix when you're hungry, but its not like how it used to be. They've cut corners and have exchanged quality food for cheaper alternatives and you can taste that.

Great customer service! We paid it forward to the car behind us, especially for making him wait so long because we were hungry and ordered the whole menu! We apologize for the delay officer!!
