Tactical Adventure Games

This past Friday, my colleagues and I had the distinct opportunity to participate in the laser tag event here at this establishment. Before I move on, I would like to say that I have been here before and it has been enjoyable in the past, but this time have been very much the opposite. It started out with the employee stating, "I hope you die" to one of our friends because of his account name, "djtrump" or something. If this was humor, it was quite a poor attempt in bad taste. The employee at the time was quite arrogant and derisive towards us, several times insulting our younger friends' k/d ratios, despite the fact that he is supposed to be here to provide a positive experience. In one game mode, each team had a VIP; the aforementioned employee lied about the identity of his own VIP despite being completely aware of the identity of the other team's VIP. In his words, "Do what you can to win" -- please remember that he is an employee, not a player. Finally, near the end of our time at this establishment, several members of our team were jumping up to shoot over a wall. The employee (same as above) grew mad at us and made our entire team return to spawn. This would be understandable IF we hadn't seen him or a member of his team near him do the same thing just moments before. Did he say anything to this player on his own team? No. I would like to mention that the owner is kind and reasonable, and a responsible person. However, the employees, particularly the one running this game, was too focused on his own experience to provide for that of paying customers. Thank you.

Absolutely loved this place. I’ve been to multiple laser tag places on the eastern seaboard and never have gone to one where I got this quality in play for my money. Brad has a great thing going. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I have gone here a few times before; while the facility is okay, the employees are exceedingly arrogant and care little about providing a positive experience for the customer. As Mortimer said, they are more concerned about their own stats and k/d's when the play, as opposed to providing a fun, inclusive environment. At least one employee made insulting remarks toward a younger member of our group, and was more concerned with getting his own team to win than ensuring a fair game. Will not be coming back.

Bad experience! The employee was very rude. I wanted my niece to jump for about 15 mins before they closed and the employee had an attitude. I asked her "how much?" She said, " i dont know." With a crappy attitude. How do you not know your prices......anyhow, i will not be returning. I wasn't going to hold anyone overtime. We knew that they closed at 8.

Employees were rude. They brought politics and death threats into a laser Tag game. Such a shame, used to love going here.
