Talbots

I went to this Talbots to get an outfit for an interview the following day. I was a bit nervous because 1- It was my first big interview since moving to the area and 2- It was last minute and I wear petite sizes - which doesn’t work out well for me most of the time because many stores end up not carrying enough petite sizes to put a decent outfit together. When I arrived, Carol introduced herself and started helping me right away. She listened to my preferences and chose items that fit well and were in perfect alignment with what I was looking for. She was personable, gave honest feedback when I tried things on, and chose as many sale items as she could. She was thorough at check-out, ensuring I received as many discounts as possible, and she was genuine the entire time. I really liked working with her to find the perfect outfits. The store was clean and warm, well-stocked, pleasant music playing.. It was truly a great experience, which you don’t find often when trying to shop for clothes. I’ll definitely be back here, and I recommend others shop here as well. Thank you!

I have shopped at Talbot's for decades. Little by little, I've watched quality and service decline. The most recent is a merchandise credit I received from the return of a shirt which I ordered and returned with the receipt well within two weeks. I tried to use the credit and it would not be honored. I won't purchase anything from Talbot's, again. So disheartening.

This store is beautiful. The store is large, clean, bright, and welcoming. I always enjoy my shopping experience at this location. The sales staff is always friendly and helpful and the dressing rooms are large and have a homey feel to them. I wish more retail stores felt like this Talbots.

I love Talbots! They have parents to fit all women! No other store carries pants that fit me right and are so comfortable!

Nice store with lots of beautiful clothes, but don't expect them to say hello to you when you walk in, and DO expect them to ask you 5 times if you want to open a Talbot's charge.
