Tarla Mediterranean Bar + Grill Napa Valley Restaurant

We just went for dessert. The service wasn't great. The menu looked really interesting and looking around the food looked great. I had the Turkish apricots with mascarpone, it was rather plain tasting. My husband and daughter had baklava which was amazing! The best baklava we've had in a really long time.

Couldn't have asked for a better dinner experience than Tarla in Napa. Our waiter, Kyle, had countless recommendations from the menu (hummus, dolma, Napa's Hindsight wines) and hospitality. Recommend to any and all visitors to the region!

Food was ok - ribeye was over cooked. Grilled Octopus salad was good. Pretty average overall experience

Love this place and can't stop going back. My favorite is the Greek Dip Trio, but then everything else is just as good. The on-premise beer should be sampled and the wine list has something for everyone.

I never thought I will write a review but I feel the owner should know this. VERY Rude wait staff, way salty Angus Beef Musakka which was 90% made out of potatoes with one paper thin slice of eggplant so you cannot even taste the eggplant flavor (I am from the Mediterranean region and musakka should be predominately eggplant across the region with some variations between different countries). Under-seasoned to bland Charcoal Grilled Lamb Tenderloin Kebab. My friend asked for the dessert menu as he wanted to try Baklava. While we were reviewing the dessert menu, apparently our waiter overheard me critiquing the musakka, they closed the check and sent it with a different waiter for us to pay and leave (in another way they refused to serve my friend dessert and kicked us out because they overheard me telling my friend my honest opinion about the food).
