Taylor's Do it Center

I wanted to note great customer service exceeding what is already high standards at the Laskin Rd. Taylor's Do It Center. For an inexpensive product return, at near closing time, I was given an unhurried explanation of available options and clear instructions on what was to me a complicated repair project for my home. THAT demonstrated to me that I can get everything I need and more without going to a big box store.

Great store. Today I needed help fixing some drywall. Someone came to help me as soon as I walked in the door. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took me to find all the items I needed and explained how to use them. I will be back to the store again.

Rose and Roby are a class act, but I'm not sure why that good nature is not passed down to the other employees. I generally skip this store because of the negative interactions I almost always have here. I stop in lately to fix small things on the condo I'm moving from. It's Unfortunately the only option in the neighborhood. I've had some really horrible experiences here. I need this store due to location, but I don't feel great about going here. It's weird to have strong negative emotions about a HARDWARE STORE, but I do.
