TDS Telecom

This company costs my business hundreds of dollars a week in wasted time waiting for the slow internet. It is my opinion that they should be Federally investigated for fraud for not providing the product that they are selling. If I were doing this to my customers I would be investigated for fraud. What makes them so special. I am actually surprised that a lawyer hasn't filed a class action lawsuit. Besides the fact that they have created a monopoly. I really can't wait for CenturyLink to come in.

It is unfortunate that it is NOT an option to rate zero stars. For 10 plus years I have paid for an internet speed that I have not been able to get. They confirm that I am in an "internet restrictive area" and the speed I am paying for I can't get... yet they will not give me a discounted rate. They say I could drop to the lowest speed they offer (which I still don't get) but I would end up paying more. This is the only internet in the area. How is it legal to charge customers for a service which is not being provided? Ask a manager from TDS about these issues and the only thing they say is "I am sorry". TDS is a joke!!!

TDS is a terrible internet service that is horridly expensive. For $130, you get the equivalent of 10 Kbs(1000Kbs = 1Mb), which means you would be taking three days to download something that would take at most three hours with comcast. TDS also doesn't even work over half the time, and can't support more than one main computer and nothing else. You would honestly be better off to look for an internet service based in Timbuktu, than the garbage known as TDS.

Worst internet service I have ever had, my internet has gone in and out for months, several technicians have come out and it has never been fixed!

Slowest speed ever, should be a federal investigation into ripping customers off and lying about speeds and services that can be provided.. thanks for ruining Xmas nothing we got can work due to slow speeds.....no Xbox
