We got ipocket net because the previous internet provider was a joke and there were no others that service our area. I was a bit leery cuz I had never heard of this company. Well to make a long story short we've had this provider for a few months now and were are impressed. There are some times it's a bit slow but it is relatively rare. I'm happy with it. I recommend it too.

It's the only option in our rural area. It's very expensive compared to cable providers, but it's very reliable for radio delivery. We have experienced 99% up time in the year that we have had it. I would recommend it to anyone that is unable to get cable or dsl service. All customer service interactions have been exceptional.

At first their 1 Mb/s service seemed a little bit erratic, but once I got around to asking about it, they came out and replaced the dish receiver serving my home and diagnosed a possible problem in their tower. No complaints since then, but for their email server, which does not appear to allow SSL or TLS encryption for security.
