We are very pleased with our service from LocalTel - they did a great job of moving us from farm to city. Tim did a good job of setting us up and even brought his own vacuum cleaner and cleaned up the area where he had to drill through the wall, etc. Very pleased. Good speed and dependable. I recently transferred my internet service to my new home, and added a basic television package. I have been very happy with the entire experience, from how quickly they were able to get me scheduled, their willingness to work with my difficult work schedule, and the level of service that I received. Justin was my technician, and I was very impressed with how friendly and professional he was, and the great job that he did.

We moved and needed to set up internet service with LocalTel and right from the start every person has been very professional and helpful especially Justin and Shane. I am impressed because this is not what you find at most internet providers. Thank you to Shane O'Flaherty for following up to make sure all the information that was recorded was accurate. I would recommend this provider over all the others.

Installation Tech (Justin) was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He ran into some existing cabling issues with our new home, and quickly came up with a solution to get us up and running quickly. Thanks!
