Frontier Communications Premier Store

This internet is terrible. It constantly is going out at our house but our neighbor has the exact same plan and their internet is just fine. The problem is not within our house but somewhere on their end.we have to use our phone data to hotspot the computers to do schoolwork. This is unacceptable.

My experience with Frontier Comm. has been awful. I've had it for a couple of months and it don't work half the time. I've had 2 routers and they don't seem to work. I had to take time off from work just to find out the technician had already been there and he was unable to come back because he was somewhere else. He gave me his supervisor's phone number. I called him twice and he never returned my call. I am canceling my service today. Goodbye Frontier!

Super frustrating company to work with. On hold for several minutes at a time over 45 minutes at one point. Froniter also decided I was going paperless without asking and then applied late fees for bills I never received. I have since canceled my services and advise others to do the same.

Never again frontier. The service is horrible and they steel from you. Send you bills with over the top charges. Please don't get frontier.

Horrible connection in our last house. We moved and scheduled for someone to come out and set-up our connection... No one showed up. Rescheduled... Again no one showed up. Called the company just to find they don't provide service at out new location. They promised to take our acct to a $0 balance and send a shipping label to return our modum. 3 months later neither has happened. We have contacted the company multiple times to try and resolve the issue. Finally we're forced to pay the bill to avoid being sent to collections after multiple promises of the issue being taken care of.
