Paid to get service done 1 month ago. Found out we didn't have the proper line to hook up internet so a contractor was supposed to come dig the line for us. They came a week and a half ago to spray paint where the line would be dug. The PUD cleared the area as safe to dig, and the guy said he'd be back in two days to dig the line. Still no sign of the contractor. We have called Northland, gone in, and nobody will help us. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. The customer service is so terrible. Hopefully I'll be able to update this review soon and be a happy customer!

The worst. I have my days Where it’s fine, but I have more bad days then good. It’s so frustrating. Especially when it cuts out when I’m trying to do something important on my desk top. I use a ton of data a month on my cell. I’m so fed up. Tomorrow I’m cutting all ties. This is ridiculous.

Worst Internet ever. Stay away from these guys do not waste your money. There internet is vary laggy, I upgraded to there fastest service and it was still very bad. They also rack up the charges on you with out you even knowing about it. I highly recommend to stay away from these guys. I will defiantly be telling all my friends and family to stay away from this internet company.

My biggest complaint is that you can not call the local office. The phone number is a local number but the machine that answers is in some place like Texas. If you need any help or information immediately you have to drive to the office.

Ive had a great internet experience but i just had the cable installed and really no Nickelodeon!!!! How is it possible i dont know if the switch was worth it!!!
