Incredibly expensive. Goes down a ton every day for small amounts of time. Has been down most of the last few days. They “fixed it at 4pm yesterday, was back down by 10pm. Its still down. They are closed on weekends. They are only open between 9-3 so if you have an issue, there are only 25 hours a week they are even in office. If they weren’t the only option where I live, I would dump them. Spokane has internet 100X faster for 30 a month. This company is a disgrace. They deserve less than 1 Star.

I goes down on a daily basis. Yesterday we couldn't call 911. we went down to the office to complain, they denied that 911 was down.

Lady at the office is sweet but the internet is horrible.

Slow internet speeds no matter what plan u have. At night it's terrible.

If you move out here to a remote mountain town, expect to pay for overpriced internet since there is barely any competition in the area. My first bill was $500, and I was not happy with all of the extra random charges. That is not the price I agreed to when I signed my contract, or made aware of. I don't use a landline, I don't know if anyone does anymore, and you are expected to have one with the company, which adds an additional $30 to your bill. The Internet is slow and they don't offer fast speeds (and I work from home so this is very important to me). So in total, I pay $100 a month for my bill. That's more than my cell phone bill! I asked if I could remove the landline, and they said it's more expensive to have Internet without a landline. That makes no sense to me whatsoever. Either way, if you move to the NPOV area, you sadly have to deal with it. I was paying $35 for Charter Internet in Dallas, and I guess there are some things you have to give up and live with if you want to be out in the mountains.
