Fair Point Communications

I've been a customer for many years and was told that I can no longer receive internet service because I am just outside of their 18000 ft radius for service. The internet wasn't the fastest but it met our needs and now we are being dropped. Very disappointed.

I've been trying all day to pay my small business bill. I've been on hold for at least 20 min each time before I have to dump the call so I can do work and take care of our own customers. the website is incredibly difficult to access and so far customer service has been unreachable. Our service also blanks out for random amounts of time at least a couple times a week. If you are looking for an ISP for your business or your home, do yourself a favor and don't use these guys. I'd rather sell my soul to Xfinity.

This is the worst internet provider i've ever used. I live in the country of Ellensburg which is only 6 miles from town, Fair point refuses to expand the ranges of internet service to the local community of this town. If you live in a few mile radius of downtown you get efficient and fast internet for a steep price. But for the other 75% of Ellensburg that lives outside ''City'' limits if forced to pay for 2 Mbps of internet, 4 if you're lucky. I've called several times over the years for them to expand but they refuse. Aren't businesses supposed to care for their customers? I mean that's the only reason you're in businesses to begin with. It's called supply and demand. Obviously this company could care less about making paying customers happy. I hope another internet provider comes to town and puts Fair Point out of business where they belong. Cheers Mate!

Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. You cannot hold for customer service. They tell you they are busy with other customers and to call back later. Then they hang up on you. Unbelievable.

I have Fairpoint in my cabin and so far no issues. The speed is consistent with my package, no downtimes in several months.
