Visited recently to do an account review. The service was amazing. This visit ended up being a referral for a new client. This location is open on Saturdays. parking can be difficult to find. I'm not sure if there's a customer parking lot but I wasn't able to find it. You can pick up replacement equipment like remotes, cable boxes and modems as needed. You can also make your payments and return equipment as well. Give em a shot if you live within their service area.

Trying to move into a building that is wave exclusive and set up my internet. They refuse to schedule someone to come out because the previous tenant hasn't canceled their internet. Absolutely abysmal customer service. If I wasn't chained to using their internet I would rather go with the hitler of internet comcast.

I had an installation appointment (2-hour window), but they didn't show up. They called form a private number, though. It rang for a half a second and then it stopped, I think it was on purpose, so I won't have time to answer the phone. Of course, it was almost 6 pm on the rainy evening, and they probably decided to call it a night. If they wanted to get in touch with me, they could have texted. I had my phone in my hand the whole 2 hours, waiting for that phone call.
Spoke to a "supervisor" regarding the issue, but he contemplated that I did not answer the phone, and then he said we needed to re-schedule for a time when I was going to be at work, or I would have to wait another week, when they are available all day to provide the installation. The service really stinks. I wish there was a different internet provider available for my new apartment.

Been through multiple routers. Every time I call and complain they "fix it" and it works amazing for a day or two and then it's right back to being too slow to even stream a youtube video or Netflix show. I barely even use it so when I do it should work... 0 chance I am over my data limit. I would drop them in a second but CenturyLink and Comcast are so horrible as well they really give each other a run for their money as far as who can have the most terrible internet service IMO.

If you’re in this store it’s probably because they sent collections after you because you didn’t return gear. In my case, the phone support was convinced I had no gear to return even though it was sitting right in front of me. Good thing I hung on to it for a few months.
