Verizon FiOS Home Services

One star rating only because it's required to give a rating. This is the worst company for home services. If you have any medical equipment that need phone or internet service do not have Verizon as your provider. I've been making appointments since Monday May 15 to get the phone jack repaired for my mothers heart defibrillator monitor that links to her cardiologist and now today after 3 calls and 2 appointments that never happened they are just on their way now, May 17 2pm. I explained the medical emergency and also spoke to the supervisor Shawn and with total disregard he argued with me and. Are the appointment for 8-12pm today. I just found out he never noted for the medical emergency and the appointment is for 1-5pm which I told him wasn't good because of doctor appointments this week. Verizon as a company is a disgrace due to the lack of care by supervisors and the team of reps they have under them. I also asked to have my call escalated to file a complaint and he said ok but hung up when he blew me off and now I have to write reviews because I couldn't get my issue resolved within Verizon. I'm also disappointed they got rid of email and this was my primary email as I felt safe using it. But they continue to rise prices but are reducing service to the customers.
