I would give them a zero if I could! Horrible rate hikes, lies, and deceit. When we finally cut the cord with cable frontier sent us a prepaid box to send the equipment back to them. It seemed so easy and too good to be true. It was! Nothing like getting a bill for over $200 for “missing equipment”. It’s our word against theirs and I am furious!

5 star review is for employee Lorelei "retail sales consultant". She is the best of the best in the business. If intetested in service, deal with her only. As for internet providing service is 4.5 stars, its good speed and good service. As for there call centers and company process for cancelation is -10 stars. Call center took 20+ minutes and was transfered to the wrong person 2 times, each time they have to reconfirm all your information. Cancelation process is beyond brainless. Who ever thought of it in the company should be fired and fined.

Frontier is a perfect name, a Teepee or covered wagon would have better internet or Video, what a pathetic “outfit”. If you can get Comcast your are lucky go with Comcast!

100% Bad Reviews on Every Website!
This company Ripped me off, charged me a deposit, then they couldn’t get the service hooked up, now 2 months later they still can’t figure out how to refund the deposit I paid.

2 weeks Hell trying to order service,
Looks like Everyone has same experience,
So Glad I gave up and cancelled my request,
Daily hours of conversation with foreigners who don't understand English well and who transfer you to wrong departments for hours per day for weeks on end. I gave up trying to order services after they said they lost all my personal private identity Information, while on the phone with foreign call center, sheesh, what a great day lol.
Now they can't find my deposit to refund it?
100% Bad reviews everywhere, not cool.

Stick with Comcast. Frontier is terrible at everything! A nightmare from day 1. Just like other people have been saying run, run very far away. No local customer service or equipment drop off. Limited selection of options and it doesn't even work, so what's the point! It's actually quite sad, what a huge waste of time and money.
