Frontier Communications Premier Store

Super long wait times, not showing up, not able to communicate with their technicians out in the field, blaming customers it's their fault saying we cancelled our appointment when we didn't. For a communication company you would think they would communicate with their technicians but they can't. Horrible company.

I would give them negative number of stars if I could. I called several times and emailed text support about my internet not working properly and having to restart the router and modem every day sometimes multiple times a day because of conditions issues. And They kept saying someone was gonna come out and No One ever showed up.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. THE worst internet provider with the CRAPPIEST selection of speed I have for my area 2.4 MEGAbyte speed is TERRIBLE for anything and CONSTANT issues. Worst of all I requested a refund of an accidental payment over a month ago never got it back.

I am happily returning my Frontier equipment today. I could no longer take the way below average service, the way above average waits on the phone when calling for repair service, or the many hours taken off work waiting for someone to come fix things once again. Comcast actually looks pretty good when you are stuck with Frontier.
