Wonderful service. They got my daughter hooked up with internet way out in the boonies, and it allows everyone in the house to stream. If any issue ever came about they handled it within a few minutes after hours. The lady in billing was wonderful to speak with also. I have nothing but good things to say.

Technician who installed our service was great, people are very friendly. It was explained to me that we would need at least 5mb/s for streaming video. Since it has been installed I haven’t seen anything close to that speed however. Our streaming is constantly interrupted and the system is bogged down with what I assume are other users also trying to stream or game. It’s better than Frontier, but barely and costs about twice as much. I hear there is supposedly cable internet coming out to Naches, and I would be interested in that when that happens. Chris

Internets terrible it can't even go 1mb for upload speed when I should be getting more than 10. Disappointing.

Last month, a presentation on my iPad had questionable glitches which could not be fixed online by my company's top technician. It was an exceptionally critical time when I needed to share that presentation with audiences >3 times per day, Monday-Friday. Thanks to the WA Broadband staff and their expertise, an updated (corrected) presentation was pushed to my iPad while they guided me through the process in their office.

Great staff and service. Quality installers with up to date competitive pricing. Definitely recommend internet through them.
