Frequently have issues with not getting the promised speed to the point where I don't even get half. Constant lag issues with no end to the issues. Send out emails and never received responses and the only way to contact them in M-F, so you're out of luck if you have any issues on the weekend. We pay for 5 Megabits and I'm getting 0.5 Megabits right now. I wish I could say this was a rare occasion.
EDIT: After calling numerous times I still have constant issues with ping issues and packet loss that have not been solved. I have ran trace routes and looked at which hops the issues occur and it's not on my equipment but everything that they own. The customer service team is great, but they can't fix the companies issue of overloading access points with too many people. I'm switching to a new ISP, hopefully DW Wireless gets this fixed as there are not many options out where I live.

The servers was good the reception of the internet was fair.. We live 4 to 5miles out of town of Connell.WA so our cell phones from Tmobil would not work inside our single trailer home ,only outside.. So adding the services it help having Wifi..Sometimes it was slow when it was very windy or the dish outside had icicles thoses freezing days.Make sure you call them so they can pick up the dish and the inside connector they will ask you to return those back..

The internet speed in decent, and able to handle what we use it for, i.e. Netflix, working from a home office, etc. The issue is when there is an outage. We have had three since we have become customers (Since October, 2017), and there has been little to no customer service to help us with the issues. They don't answer the phone when we call, it goes straight to a Verizon wireless notification that they are not available, and there is no option to leave a message. We have not received any emails back when we have tried to contact them. We even pay for the "We Care" plan that is supposed to get our issues resolved quickly, since my wife works from home, and needs reliable access. Unfortunately, they are currently the only provider in our area, because cable has not been run to our new home.

they replaced the dish. checked it working then 3 minutes after tech leaves no internet and there office is close for weekend with no help. Paying $50.00 dollars a month to have no internet hardly. Wish never singed up for 2 year plan. Problem is they don't fix there towers.

The installation manager came to our residence today to connect service. We were very very impressed, with his professionalism, and his courtesy. He was thorough, and did a great job. I am over the moon excited to have service that is reliable, for a reasonable rate in our home. Thank you Desert Winds Wireless!
