Great service. Couldn't be happier. But, I also did my research ahead of time and booked an online appointment. My interaction with them started right on time and the rep was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Update: I ended up making two trips to the store to finalize switching over to Xfinity Mobile (because I didn't have my other phones with me on the first trip.) Both times I made appointments online and got right in, no problem, at the appointed times even though there were others in the store. Different reps helped me and both were absolutely great.

I’ve been with Comcast for over 25 years, and I’ve always had a very good experience with them.
I really find it very easy to take care of problems, add or change things using a mobile phone with their newest account services, you can do practically anything over the Internet now with your account, without needing to speak to anyone.
I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to talk to a service technician, and never ever had any problems with my billing like so many people have in their comments.
It’s so easy to schedule an appointment over the Internet it takes less than a minute.
As far as returning equipment I know at least one store in Portland has a drop off box that you just put your equipment in and walk away, you don’t have to wait in line at all.
The technicians that I’ve talked to have always been very pleasant, and have been able to fix any problems that I’ve had actually within minutes.
My recorder can be a little fussy at times, and the cable box acts up more than I would like, however, the complaints that I’ve heard from people that have satellite TV and the other kinds of services, are nightmarish compared to any problems that I’ve had with Comcast.
All of them will give you headaches with unknown fees, long waits especially if you don’t pay your bills and they all will make mistakes. If you’re having a problem with an untrained agent, simply ask to speak with their supervisor. Many, many that is very helpful in clearing things up before they really get bad, I have found.
So don’t be fooled by a lot of the complaints. If you’re proactive and use the vastly expanded online account services, you won’t have nearly as much trouble as some people are having.

I've long been strongly against Comcast as a company, but it has taken many steps to improving its customer service over the last couple of years. This store is really a representation of that change.
First, it's necessary to note that the store is VERY BUSY and it is absolutely necessary to *make an appointment* if you want to be helped in a reasonable time. I've seen the wait average about 30 minutes, but I've also heard quotes of 1.5 hours. So, again, make an appointment.
If you have the opportunity to work with Mikhail, do it. Mikhail is hands down the best representative in this location. He cares about you as a person and ensures he's done everything to ensure you leave extremely satisfied. He walks out from behind the counter to greet you, asks you questions to determine why you're there, services your account and explains everything in great detail, and walks you to the door when everything is said and done. Mikhail fully demonstrates what customer service should be and makes it a point to provide exceptional service every time. The next visit I make to this Xfinity store will be to see Mikhail.
While I am not a huge advocate of Comcast as a whole, I am an advocate of this store and its staff. I know Comcast has made changes, and it is beginning to show. Great things don't happen over night, they happen with careful and consistent execution with the right people at the helm.

Best experience I've had with Comcast so far. We went in to set up service at our new house and were in and out within 15 minutes. But, definitely MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, I can't stress this enough. Your experience will be 10x better if you do. A customer in front of us who didn't make an appointment was told there would be a 45 minute wait, while we got called up almost immediately since we made an appointment before going in. The rep who helped us (I believe his name was Jeffrey) was friendly, not too pushy with trying to sell us extra stuff, and respected our time. I would definitely recommend this specific location based on my experience there today.

Really fast and helpful. Came in with a broken cable box and Benjamin got me hooked up with a new one in 5 mins hassle free. Good job
