Sooo, frustrated with their lousy service! They have the monopoly in my neighborhood. Good luck communicating with their out of country customer help.

mostly a copy paste from another review had/have the same experience once you stop paying extra for their tech support thing you get far worse service. "Very bad service. Constant boots. Constant issues with service. Garbage customer service." "Century Link is bad everything."

Absolute worst experience. Zero stars. I signed up for their instant service through my apartent complex. I went through the whole sign-up process online and all they gave me was a authorization code. Didn't tell me where to go to connect. I can't find my modem/router on my WiFi list. I called tech support they couldn't confirm my account. The transfered me then they asked a bunch of questions before saying they didn't see my account,"maybe because you are an instant customer, I am with regular residential. Let me transfer you." Then 5 minutes of silence. They are the worst.

I returned my leased modem and the employee was knowledgeable & polite.

Worst internet on the planet. STAY AWAY. Doesn’t work half the time (I live in suburbs ) ! Takes more & more money every month !
