Vancouver Internet Service

Was really disappointed by this place.. I found them online and saw they were a reseller of Century Link and Frontier, called them for quote seeing if they'd come in lower than than the direct offices. Sure enough I got a quote and was offered a 30M internet package for only a few dollars more than the 6M I was quoted prior! So I spend about 2 hrs on the phone.. get signed up.. then patched over to their "partnering TV provider (DISH)" to set up the rest of my services. From the getgo, talking with DISH - I found out I was already quoted wrong on pricing and promotional offers.. I was told by a rep from Vancouver Internet Service that I would be receiving a $100 Amazon gift card, along with a $200 Visa gift card, and a $10 bundling discount for getting phone, internet, and DISH. Was also told by the rep (I will withhold his name) that it was a No Contract program and that everything would be month-to-month with locked in rates for 3yrs. Sure enough.. As soon as I talk to DISH I found out that was not true. I ended up having to go through the whole sale cycle again with a girl from DISH (over an hr) then over TWO HOURS the next day (today) when I tried calling to verify that the info I was given the day prior was correct - It wasn't! THIS time, turns out the prices I was given on the internet side (Frontier) were also incorrect, and that my DISH account was never linked to my Frontier account when they transferred me, and also - that Frontier has their own TV services!!! I was told by the rep that they didn't offer it, which is why I had to go through DISH. So, needless to say. After 2h 15m of redoing everything again this morning [HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS!!]... and getting all the CORRECT prices... I was Finally able to cancel my DISH account and instillation, and sign up with a direct sales office of Frontier and get a bundle for even a Cheaper price
