Sky Systems

Wow. If you have Dish, and want to make any changes come to this place. They KNOW all the ins and outs. We have a Hopper 1, and it slowed way down due to the new programming. So we went in to see if get another one. We had no clue they have a Hopper 3 which is the new, far superior dvr system which now takes its place. Here's what impressed me the most. The woman spoke to Dish for us on the phone, and knew exactly what to say to get us the lowest price. No sales pitch to get all the extras tacked onto the bill. She analyzed our bill and got things removed we didn't use or need. We walked out paying $35 a month less, and with a new dvr upgrade. Amazing. I thought this place was just for businesses. It's not, they do residential also. And they do the installations and service without trying to rip you off. A Dish tech one uses over the phone sends out a company tech trying to up sell all kinds of services and nickel and dime service. Not here. This business also takes care of the state of Washington, but don't be intimated, they cover the full spectrum of clients. Stop by and chat, you won't be disappointed. Trust me.

Scott and all the folks at Sky Systems are the Best! They give you the straight scoop and explain what you need to know - so you can understand it. Sky Systems has provided us support for all things Internet, TV network, etc. for over 15 years. We believe in them and trust them.

I have been a customer of Sky Systems for close to 10 years now and have never been happier with my choice. Scott and his staff have always been easy to deal with and have always been quick to resolve issues we have had. We have now had 3 generations of receivers, and each one Sky Systems has installed. When Dish was having issues with one of the satellites, he offered to install a second dish to solve the problem! It's nice to have someone local as well in case there are technical issues. Love supporting a locally owned business!

Would suggest NEVER use this company when my husband called to find out about installation costs ect, They were VERY unprofessional and over quoted him on the installation cost 100"s of dollars. Please take this warning and by pass this company when looking to satellite internet.
