Hood Canal Communications

I'm not fortunate enough to get their service at my house, but they've provided service for my office for several years now. The staff and customer service is second to none. From dropping off grandma's tablet for clean up (she was just trying to win something! virus/malware) to having them update our computers and setting up our network to most efficiently serve our office, they have always done a great job. If you are lucky enough to get service from them, you won't be sorry.

Called them this morning to start new service for my mom. Told them everything she needed/wanted. Asked the rep if she could call my mom to get all of her personal details, the woman was more than happy to. They even followed up with me after calling her to let me know they had gotten everything scheduled. A great start. My mom is leaving the phone company she has been with for 17+ years! HCC is able to cut her bill in half for both phone, internet and cable. Depending on how the install goes, i will update the review. If all goes well, leaving 5 stars!!!!!

Pleasant office help, but there main services channel through century Link...to bad, as I've never had a good experience with them.

Consistent excellent quality internet service. Very nice customer service and Techs.

Incompetent front desk worker at Shelton office. Exorbitant rates for install. Over $400. For single outlet into house through customer installed conduit.
