Comcast Corporate

I've tried contacting an actual person for an hour about this complaint. To no avail. So some kid with braces who works for xfinity in Vancouver is walking around my neighborhood knocking on doors. My dog goes crazy and I politely step outside, in cold snowy weather, to see if he needs something. Closing my big barking dog behind me he tries to hand me a business card magnet. I say oh no thank you, we aren't interested in that. And he says okay, then tries to keep me out in the cold by starting to talk to me more and asking why? I went inside and shut the door. He then says, you don't have to be rude, as he walks away. So I step back outside and call him out. Telling him he is the one walking around bothering people and I owe him no response other than the NO Thank you I gave him. Talk about rude. What great door to door service. That will get you new customers!!! Do I need to tell you why we aren't interested in your Xfinity service young man?!

This is not a store. It has been moved. They will not talk to you or take your Xfinity dropped off boxes. Please be aware.

I only put one star because I had to put a star to leave a review. Not the store in particular but Comcast in general is the worst company I have ever done business with in my life.They overcharge, they give you late charges when your bills not even do, they don't send you paper bills they do it online andthen say youre late.They give you fake names and fake employee numbers. They don't record yoh like they say they do and they're rude.I just can't stand them. I would not recommend them to anyone in fact I'm going to tell every single person I meet not to do business with them.We've been doing business with them for probably 15 years and it's consecutively gotten worse every month so yeah worst ever!!!!

I went to Xfinity to change my cell service from Verizon to Xfinity. I would like to give Roland Reyes ten thumbs up! He was absolutely the best. So patient and accommodating. His knowledge and patience (with me 🙄) was such a pleasant experience! I have always been treated with the utmost respect by Xfinity/Comcast employees, but I do have to say, Roland exceeded my expectations by delivering such great customer service! Thank you Roland, and I know that so many other customers feel the same.

Truck on street breaks the cable access. We call for assistance because the fire department is there. Told we will receive emergency restoration in 2 hrs. 4 hrs later nothing happens. We call back and they say the reference number we have is invalid because it came from the wrong tech. Told her we could get service in a week. We told him that doesn't work the best steak in the end it was three days later. Then were told they could call back, but that we should call back because we have already Lost trust. Called again to move up the service as suggested but had to go through the whole process again. We will be canceling our service as soon as the contract is up. Comcast is far worse than DirecTV
