They are very sensitive how you speak to them. You won't know this at first they spring it on you with confusion or disgust or an snap order to change your tone if you are louder than they want. Never been spoken to in this way as someone who tries to support local business. It was bizarre.This was a big mistake.

I wish I could give a better review. Unfortunately, from the three years that I have used their service I have been less than satisfied. I constantly lose internet connections and when I call customer service, they are unable to help. It’s no fault of the operator trying to help me, but more of the service itself. Very poor service, as well as customer care. Never have I received an apology or any sort of compensation for my inconveniences. This is not ideal when I am paying for a service that does not work, and being a student. If I were not moving out of town soon, I would terminate services immediately.
UPDATE: I have continued to have problems with my connections so I called the company for assistance on how to fix the problem. I was told that since my router was an old router, I would need to buy a new one to replace it. DCI would not replace the router for me as they stated they do not sell routers anymore. And this is the only option they gave us. They also told us that when technicians come out, they are not certified, and can only provide help based on the best of their knowledge. Very unprofessional and poor customer care. I usually do not leave reviews on things, but this company is so appalling that I needed to share!

(UPDATE: CenturyLink is offering $45 for 25MBps and I'm paying $69 for 25MBps from DCI right now.... Yeah time to switch I hope this helps!!)
Very nice professional employees work here but the product they sell is just too inconsistent and extremely overpriced for what they charge. Not to mention a $10 late payment fee. If something else better comes along or if century link gets better in the near future I will switch to that company, you're better off with Century-link if you Don't Stream 4k videos. (Update: Ever since I moved closer to the DCI building the internet has been better more consistent however, extremely overpriced.)

I had to turn the data on my phone on to even load this page. I’ve been with Davis for almost 4 years now, giving them a chance; however, this company still has horrible service. If it rains, snow, or even a breeze, my internet will go out. I have had to call them countless times to have them fix it and yet it continues to happen. The only reason I haven’t switched is because I’m moving soon. If I were sticking around in Cheney I would choose a different service.
*Update.. I just got home from work to start on my homework and guess what.. My damn internet is down again.. SMFH..

If zero was allowed it would be. WORST INTERNET PROVIDER ON PLANET 1st WORLD EARTH. If the wind picks up no internet, if a train is to loud, no internet, if it rains too hard no Internet for at least 16 hrs. If you call they pretend like they don't know what the problem is. .....I'm supposed to have 50Mbps connection and I can't get .00125Mbps!!! That's what the problem is and it's finals week and I'm about to mark out over here... remove head from sphincter, davis communications, and get with the f_
