Air Pipe is the best in the west! I love that a real person answers my calls and encourages me to call anytime with any question. I love that the techies know what to do and explain in simple terms. I love that we can have good internet way out in the country. I love Air Pipe!

Company overall is fair when it comes of customer service, response, and technical knowledge.  Value of package options is way too high for what you get.  File download speeds (and I'm not talking data download) is capped to less then 200kbp/s, initial burst is can reach 400+ but for a very short time.  This service is still better then and Satellite offering out there.
