Words cannot express my disappointment in all aspects. Endless calls to the call center back east. They can't deliver what they promised. They can't keep their own notes straight. I have called over 5 times and each time they say the last call never happened and my requests were never recorded. You have been warned.

ZERO STARS! The customer service abysmal. The internet awful. The technicians who come out are okay and they even know that the office and everyone who works there is awful. If there is a class action lawsuit against this company that I can hop onto let me know, because this company is sooooo bad the devil takes notes from them.

Just a little feedback after being on the phone with you guys for 40mins to remove a security bundle I never ordered. I never ask for it on my account in the first place. After being on the phone for over 45 mins it was removed and you guys were so kind to give me a $15 credit for my troubles. No, $10 should be for the service I didn't order and what about the time I spent on the phone with multiple people. I guess this happens so much you have a department to removed these charges for a Security Bundle that your customers never order. First bill from you guys and first time on the phone and so far the only reason I can think people use your service is because that is all we can get. This is unacceptable in my eyes that I had to wait over 40 mins on the phone to have something removed I never wanted to have any way. At first they said to pay the charge and I would receive a credit but after another 20 min conversation I got a $15 credit. Failing not happy at all with you customer service let along the internet speeds.
When we set this up no one showed or called for my appointment got set up the prior week. Should have known then how bad this was going to be. I guess this is the only service I can get in my area so they know they can get away with whatever they want.

Terrible company, I called and set up an appointment to have a tech come to my house. I waited all day for him to show up, literally never left my house, and he never showed up.
I called to ask why he never showed up, and was told that he put in his report "He had knocked on the door at 1:10pm, and no-one was home". Funny, I was here all day and no, you never knocked on my door, and there were 2 cars in the driveway...
The next day the guy was supposed to show up again, and guess what, he never did. Their technician had lied, and their customer support kept giving me different stories. Needless to say, I canceled the entire thing and went with a different company.
One of the worst experiences with a company, would not even recommend to my worst enemy. Very, very disappointed.

The 800 service and help lines are a disaster. Constantly getting left on hold for half an hour and then disconnected. Then getting conflicting information from all the different departments.
Do anything other than Frontier. I finally went with Straight Talk Home Phone for half the cost and not paying $30 in taxes after the $30 monthly payment to Frontier that I was not told about when I signed up.
This make a home phone close to $60 a month. Ridiculous. Then after being told to ignore my last bill they turned me over to the connection department.
