Had the pleasure of meeting Todd the other night shortly before closing. He got my old stump jumper up and running in no time and his experience and advice was very helpful. Completely the experience you would love to have. I will recommend them and won’t go any place else. Thanks for getting my son and I to enjoy our next adventure!

David helped me with a helmet and handlebar grips. He is a very good explaining the benefits of the various products so I could make an informed decision. The prices, like the customer service, were excellent!

Both Todd and Zach were outstanding!...Todd went above and beyond on a recent service trip so much so that ANY new bike I look to buy, THEY WILL BE MY STOP..service is so important and this place is AWESOME.. 5 stars is actually underrated!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I took an older bike there that I wanted to tune it up for sale. Not knowing the value, I asked if they could advise an appropriate price. David knew what I had and gave me a much higher value than expected. He saved me a lot of money. Thanks for the advice and quick turnaround. By the way, they package bikes for shipping which was another concern I had.

My first experince with the Mt Pleasant branch was two years ago and Todd tuned up a used tri road bike I purchased and took plenty of time to explain what he planned to do to it and why. Bottom line is he could have easily sold me more than I needed and didnt, I walked out feeling more knowledgeable about my bike and felt it was in the right hands for a tune up. Fast forward two years, I stopped in for a tune up and requested a lot of things I thought were needed on my bike and Todd once again took a lot of time explaining what he recommneded/why based on the triathlon training im doing and ultimately saved me money. If you want excellent customer service, a go to mechanic and you like attention to detail regarding the mechanics/safety of your bike, then go see Todd!
