The Guitar Shop NYC - La Bella Showroom, Mas Hino NYC, Carbonetti Guitars

Have had various work done by Mas, he can make the roughest fret ends feel as smooth as butter. Had the update this review after a subpar experience: I dropped off a guitar on a Monday for getting rough fret ends smoothed out, Mas said it would take a couple days to get it back to me. The next Monday I called and asked him what the status of my guitar was, he said it was "5 guitars away" and he would try to get it done by Wednesday. On Wednesday I came in to drop another guitar for a refret and he said the first guitar would be done on the weekend. Then on the weekend I called him and he said it "might be done on Monday". I went right in and picked up both guitars. Who knows if the refret would have taken 2 months? If a job is actually going to take two weeks, don't tell a customer it'll only take a couple days.
