I came here for my first burlesque show. It was very fun. The main floor is spacious and big and there is a lot to do. The burlesque was in the basement and a lot smaller but regardless it was still fun and got quite entertained from it. I would absolutely come back again!
Had an unplanned "date night" and wife picked this place for live music... the music and sound was great. Plenty of seating and loved the comfy booths! AWESOME- friendly bartender that we loved and as music ended the burlesque show started which I wasn't aware of but added for a fun time! Great energy and definitely be back for more entertainment!
Lots of pool tables and bar-side activities upstairs. A medium-sized show venue downstairs with a comfortable and intimate setting. Chervona sounded great if you haven't seen them live, I recommend their excellent Eastern European, high-energy shows! I'll definitely keep an eye on their show schedule in the future!
There should be a warning when you buy your tickets: Expect your view of the stage to be blocked by pillars. Unless you pay more for “reserved” seating. Bartenders talk constantly during the show, which was louder than the artist I came to see perform. Also, neighborhood felt very unsafe. I won’t be back.
Truly enjoyed a fantastic show tonight in the cozy night club downstairs La Dame Blanche. Was surprised to come up after the show and see lots of people hanging out and playing pool at the many tables. We arrived to the venue at 830pm and the people living/ hanging on the street were in a shocking state. I hadn't been downtown much, let alone at night since before Covid. Yowza. At midnight when we left the street vibe was calmer, unexpectedly.
The band wasn't my favourite, but the vibe was unbelievable. Lean back and enjoy a quick escape from reality. Also, the gluten free carnita fried rice is probably one of the best things I've ever eaten. I've tried several times to recreate it at home but to no avail. Guess I'll be coming back!
The bouncer wouldn't let me in because the two valid Canadian government IDs I had wasn't good enough for him to convince I'm an adult, so I paid the price of tickets online for nothing. Oh, and the rest of Portland didn't have an issue with my IDs. Rude, insulting, could not even bother to have a rational adult conversation.
Went to see The 45th Street Brass from Seattle. Great jazz band!! Facility is great and so were the drinks!
Love the vibe, drinks, music, and staff. Recommended for jazz lovers.
Great place for entertainment and shows in fact one of the best in towns. The drinks/food are fairly cheap and the kitchen upstairs is rarely closed. Parking is bad in the area so I suggest taking the train because there are stations close by. The pool hall upstairs is great but at night time on the weekends there is a long wait for a pool table. I also loved that there is a bar on both floors and a VIP area for special events.
