The Local Eatery and Pub

This place was pretty great, but lately it's been very male-dominated when usually before that it was an even mix. The food is okay, but I would only eat it in a pinch. They do hand cut their fries though, which is great. But I went with a big group of about 8 to get some drinks and food and we all ordered fries and ALL of them were burnt and almost cold.

This is a fun and laid back bar to go to. I go here often and most of the staff are very friendly and easy going with a good knowledge of drink choices and menu. The "walk the dog" deal is a shot of rail liquor of your choice and a pbr that's pretty popular and cheap. You get it free if you guess suit and number of your bottle cap correctly. Also just a fun place to hang out. It's mellow but upbeat, good for grabbing a drink or two. Unfortunately I can't speak to much on the food like the other reviews since Ive never gone for lunch or for dinner, but before or after a couple drinks I'm usually inclined to order their fries which are very satisfying and from what I've seen the menu has a plethora of great options I have yet to try.

Great little place to go for bar food and drinks, and they watch Wheel of Fortune at 7:30 pm. Most cool.

Very laid back, good crowd, good bar food. The Shepherds Pie was really good. Sports on 4 TV'S, and at 7: 30 they watch Wheel of Fortune.

Very chill and laid back. Bartenders are very personable and friendly. I go daily for the $5 specails and the $5 pbr and shot. Alittle mix of everyone goes there and you can walk up to anyone and introduce yourself.
